Our Rooms

Colonial Court Inn, Chic-a-Si Cottage and Bay & Beach Guest House bring together the best of what a vacation is about!  Each offering it's own story and beach side charm.  We have 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments, each decorated to their theme with ceiling fans, cable TV's, DVD & VCR players, stereos with CD players, phones, hairdryers & fully equipped kitchens with microwaves.  Some of our apartments feature vaulted ceilings, cypress & cedar walls & interesting antiques. Amenities

Large Sandy White Beaches -  Indian Rocks Beach is known as the" world's safest beach"!  Winding paths through the Arbor & Tropical Butterfly Gardens lead you to the deluxe Charcoal Smoker and Gas Grills under our Gazebo which is perfect for that special meal or relax in the hammock under the pine trees. Enjoy the private outdoor shower overlooking the fish pond and waterfall.  Beach Bikes & Charter Boating are available!
